Darelle Noel is a strength and conditioning coach and sports performance specialist. He's currently the Director of Training at Athletic Gaines in Los Angeles, California. He attended Midwestern State University, where he studied kinesiology with a focus in exercise science. In 2012, he began working with EXOS, one of the worldwide leaders in sports performance. There, he learned the model, methodology and integrated systems they used to get athletes to perform at their peak.  He believes it's a great privilege to take all he has learned from so many amazing colleagues over the years and pass it on to his trainees with great confidence.
