David Donatucci is the director of fitness and performance for the PGA of America, where his responsibilities include educating PGM students on assessing physical limitations, developing junior programs, and correcting physical imperfections to improve golf performance. He is also responsible for rewriting and teaching the fitness and performance section of the PGM 2.0 program; and he works at the Center for Learning and Performance diagnosing and curing individuals' physical imperfections.
Previously, Donatucci was director of IMG's International Performance Institute, where he oversaw training for baseball, basketball, golf and soccer. He was also responsible for training pro baseball players before spring training and NFL prospects for the Combine. He has served as the head performance specialist at the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, strength and conditioning coach for the WNBA's Cleveland Rockers and coordinator at the Center of Athletic Performance for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation's Section of Sports Medicine.
Donatucci has been a featured speaker at the World Golf Fitness Summit and on Golf Academy Live, as well as the Golf Channel. He has trained NFL first-round selections, MLB All-Stars, the Toronto Raptors, NHL players, the 2010 U.S. amateur champion, the 2010 U.S. Women's Open champion and many more.
