Matt VanSumeren is the head strength and conditioning coach at Xceleration Sports in Auburn Hills, Michigan. He graduated from Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology & Integrated Physiology, and he earned a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Oakland University. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Speed & Agility Coach and has extensive training experience with all levels of fitness and ages, from youth through professional.
