Michelle Riccardi

Michelle Riccardi, a registered dietitian and board-certified specialist in sports dietetics, works as a performance nutritionist for Athletes' Performance. Michelle provides nutrition services to youth, collegiate, NFL, MLB, NHL, International and Olympic athletes. In this role, she provides nutritional strategies to fuel athletes' bodies while improving body composition and performance. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Michelle worked for eight years with the Cleveland Clinic’s Department of Nutrition Therapy providing sports nutrition services to the Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers and Rockers. Currently in her 15th year of practice, Michelle’s prior experience also includes laboratory research work with Case Western Reserve University’s Department of Physiology & Biophysics and serving as an adjunct professor to exercise physiology, athletic training, and pre-physical therapy students. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Case Western Reserve University’s Department of Physiology & Biophysics, a Master of Science in Nutrition from Case Western University’s Department of Nutrition, and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University.
