Rod Olson

After a 20-year college coaching career that included stints at Oklahoma State University and Appalachian State University, Rod Olson founded the Coaches of Excellence Institute and Coach O' Consulting Group. Since then, he has trained thousands of leaders across the globe, including U.S. Navy SEAL instructors and Fortune 500 executives. Currently, Olson directs the coaches development program for the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. He is the author of the coaching and leadership book, "The Legacy Builder."
