Skyler Zarndt

Skyler Zarndt is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS/RSCC) with five years of professional baseball experience, three years in the private sector and one in Division I college athletics. He completed both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Iowa. He is also a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). He has completed coursework in Postural Restoration (PRI), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), Precision Nutrition, Functional Movement Screen and Primal Speed. He enjoys working with athletes with the goals of reducing injuries and improving performance.
