Taylor Quick

Coach Taylor Quick is a Sports Performance Coach and Educator in Starkville, Mississippi. He is a former collegiate athlete and strength coach. Coach Quick has trained Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Men's Soccer, Men's Tennis, and Track and Field athletes, as well as the general public. Coach Quick is currently the instructor for Sports Medicine at Starkville High School. He is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach's Association. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning and a Master's Degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration. He is an avid hunter and fisherman. When not training or in the great outdoors, he spends his time with his wife, Casey, and two children, Tripp and Bren. He and his family live in New Hope, Mississippi.
