By far the biggest free agent signing of this NBA off-season was Kevin Durant moving to the Golden State Warriors. Durant has taken a lot of criticism from fans and analysts for making the move, but the Warriors biggest concern will be to make sure KD can play well together with his new teammates.

In winning a NBA-record 73 games last season, team chemistry was one of the Warriors’ greatest strengths, and the addition of Durant could disrupt that chemistry. Well, video of the Day 2 scrimmage between Team USA 2016 and Team USA Select 2016 at UNLV indicates that is unlikely to happen.

Below you can see a couple of possessions in which Warriors forward Draymond Green and Durant make great plays together. In the first, Durant drives to the rack, Green cuts and gets a no-look pass from KD for an easy bucket.

The second play happens when Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan misses a mid-range shot, Green gets the rebound and makes a kick out pass to an open Durantula, who buries the jumper. Go to 12:20 in the video below to see the play.

This could be just a small preview of what’s to come for the Warriors next season. Golden State led the NBA in assists with 27.9 per game. If they keep up their excellent ball movement and get all four All-Stars good looks during each game, the rest of the NBA will be in big trouble.
