With the 43rd pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles selected Sidney Jones out of the University of Washington. Once a potential top-10 prospect, Jones saw his stock drop when he suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon at his Pro Day.
But Jones is not letting the injury slow him down.

The 6-foot, 186-pound defensive back performs Weighted Dips with a thick chain hanging from his neck to build his upper-body strength and help him come back stronger.
