WATCH: Mike Trout Push Around a Tractor Tire Filled with 300 Pounds of Dumbbells

A 150-pound tire is not heavy enough for Mike Trout. He fills it with dumbbells before pushing it around.

Los Angeles Angels centerfielder Mike Trout is giving new meaning to the term "off-season"—and by that we mean he's taking no days off. The 24-year-old is working harder than ever too amp up his endurance, core strength, and overall explosiveness and power. According to MLB.com, Trout's only recovery day during the week involves playing basketball or football.

Trout is notorious for taking exercises to the next level—like this Box Jump for instance, where the tallest box was not tall enough.

Recently, Trout posted a video to his Instagram showing hims pushing a huge tire, weighing 100 to 150 pounds by itself, filled with 310 pounds worth of dumbbells.

Check it below. And folks, don't try this at home.
