If you’re eating fast food post-game, Freeman suggests two or three regular-sized burgers—without any special sauce or cheese. They provide carbs from the bun and protein from the beef. If you want a deluxe burger, go with one McDonald’s Quarter Pounder, with 410 calories and 19g of fat.
