In the thriller Go With Me, Julia Stiles stars as Lillian, a harassed single woman who moves back to her hometown in rural Washington state. Based on the eponymous novel by Caste Freeman Jr., the film, which recently premiered at the Venice Film Festival, the film has a mysterious and darkly provocative premise that keeps audiences guessing throughout. After returning to her hometown following her mother’s death, Lillian begins to renovate her childhood home. Blackway, a former cop-turned-crime-kingpin (Ray Liotta), leaves her a big tip at her waitressing job and proceeds to stalk her. His behavior turns terrifying when he shows up at her house one night and kills her cat.
Anthony Hopkins plays Lester, an old man who agrees to help Lillian find Blackway. Lester asks the good-looking but stuttering Nate to come with them on their mission to track down Blackway and presumably end the harassment.
Starring as Nate is Alexander Ludwig of the TV series Vikings. The film also features Hal Holbrook (Sons of Anarchy), Lochlyn Munro (Mysterious Island) and Aaron Pearl (Man of Steel) .
Go With Me was directed by Swedish filmmaker Daniel Alfredson, best known for The Girl Who Played with Fire. The screenplay was written by Joe Gangemi (Stonehearst Asylum) and Gregory Jacobs (Criminal).
Stiles is currently filming an untitled Bourne sequel with Matt Damon.
