Patrick Mahomes Threw a Ball OVER Arrowhead Stadium
Patrick Mahomes recently channeled his inner Uncle Rico and decided to throw a ball over an end zone side of Arrowhead Stadium:

Arrowhead’s max architectural height is 260 feet, which is a little more than 86 yards. Mahomes chose to launch the ball over an area where the top of the grandstand swoops down a bit, but we’re still talking about having to throw a pigskin probably 70-plus vertical yards to clear the top.
I fear it may come out that this was staged—why was a helicopter randomly circling the stadium at this exact moment?—but if anyone could pull off such a mythic throw, it’s the 2018 NFL MVP. The missile-armed Mahomes has thrown passes well over 80 yards in Denver’s high-altitude Mile High Stadium, and he believes he’s capable of flinging one 100 yards when the Chiefs play in Mexico City’s Azteca Stadium (which boasts an elevation 2,000 feet higher than Mile High) this November.
How did Mahomes build his superhuman arm strength? Lots and lots of baseball long toss as a kid.
