I guess the toss was good for this aspiring dunker.

The toss was good, the catch was solid and even the general jumping motion was adequate. But the execution was simply not there. The dunker turned around and he thought he had the slam.

He didn’t. He wasn’t even close. In his defense, however, a reverse turnaround slam is difficult to do—but even an average dunker can at least get close to the rim.

Many of us have been there though.  Our toss was good and we jumped high enough, but we simply couldn’t throw it down.
