Well, J.J. Watt has taken the pro athlete training standard up a notch. We bring you the Texans' defensive end flipping 1,000 pounds of rubber 30 times. Watt uploaded a video of himself to Instagram flipping a massive, half-ton tire with total ease. And apparently this freakish display of power and endurance was part of his post-workout routine. BEAST.
