adidas Set to Drop the D Lillard 1
Kyrie Irving, Stephen Curry and now Damian Lillard. They might as well start calling NBA 2014-2015 the season of the point guard signature sneaker.

adidas D Lillard 1 “Rip City”
The Portland Trail Blazers All-Star recently received his own personal pair of kicks from adidas. Appropriately named the D Lillard 1, it’s a low-cut shoe that features a responsive TECHFIT tongue and adiprene+ cushioning to support Lillard’s fast-paced game. The upper is made from a combination of nubuck and premium leather textures, with ventilation throughout.
The D Lillard 1 displays Lillard’s new logo—a stylized fusion of his initials (DL) to form his uniform number (0), with a three-striped wing pattern—on the left heel and his nickname (DAME) on the tongue of the right shoe. Lyrics from Lillard’s social media-driven “4 Bar Friday,” in which he encourages his fans to send him their rap freestyles, are featured on each insole.
The D Lillard 1 will be available Feb. 6 for $105, but you can customize your own pair beginning Jan. 31 on miadidas.com. Scroll down for a look at a few of the initial colorways.
