Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is famous at STACK for regularly incorporating Pilates into his workouts for enhanced flexibility, core strength, explosive power in his lower body, and overall balance control.
Recently, Brown has taken his routine to yet another level by combining a core exercise with a hand/eye coordination post-workout drill. Last week, he posted a video to his Instagram in which he performs a motion similar to a Sit-Up and cleanly grabs the football from his workout partner in a controlled manner with full extension of his arms. He captioned the video, "Got to take the ball away from the defender. Great drill."
