PERFECT PUSHUP V2
This revamped version of the original Perfect Pushup has reinforced construction, allowing for smoother movement, as well as improved grips for the handles. Rotate your hand position when performing a Push-Up to engage smaller stabilizing muscles.
The Perfect Situp engages all four abdominal areas, combining an upper ab crunch with a lower ab leg lift for a complete core workout. Leg straps and an arm bar lock you into the ideal sit-up position, so you can never cheat your way though core exercises. A range of motion sensor clicks when the movement is over, signaling completion of a rep.
The Perfect Multi-Gym, with its simple, efficient design, allows you to transform any doorway into a quick, easy-to-install gym. Simply lock it in place and start performing bodyweight exercises: Pull-Ups, Chin-Ups, Sit-Ups and Dips. To increase difficulty, wear a weight vest.
THE CROOKED STICK PORTABLE PATTERN
Both portable and affordable, the Crooked Stick is a straight way to improve agility, quickness and balance. Shape the pattern multiple ways for varying degrees of difficulty when executing lateral movement exercises.
GRID FOAM ROLLER
In contrast to traditional foam rollers, the Grid uses less foam. The core is hollow, and the outer area consists of multiple densities and shapes to better simulate massage of targeted zone —like your lats, lower back and quads. Use the low, flat portion for a forearm- and palm-like massage; the high and firm area for a fingertip massage; and the medium and tubular area for a finger and thumb massage. The roller can also be used for core workouts.
