The remarkable speed at which Blake Griffin went from the injured list [his first year in the NBA] to the immensely hyped dunkmeister and Rookie of the Year gave the 22-year-old from Oklahoma a taste of fame. This off-season, Griffin, whose potential nicknames include “F.O.N: Force of Nature,” is gearing up for next season’s high pressure goal of leading the Los Angeles Clippers back to the playoffs.
