On a recent broadcast of the “Mike & Mike” show, ESPN analyst Jay Williams, who won a national title at Duke in 2001, said rapper Jay Z and Atlantic Records president Mike Kyse had called him asking for advice with their brackets.
Apparently the two are in an office pool playing for $500,000. Yes, that’s half a million dollars. It makes the typical $30 pool seem like chump change.
