We've spent much of the summer documenting LeBron James's love of the VersaClimber, which has quickly become his go-to piece of workout equipment in the gym. Now it seems the three-time NBA champion has brought the VersaClimber gospel to his teammates.
In a video posted by DJ Meel, who apparently got the opportunity to DJ a recent Cavs practice, almost the entire Cavs squad can be found putting in work on the Climber, from Richard Jefferson to newcomer Mike Dunleavy. Players are moving at different paces. Some have the resistance set on low to work on cardio while others, moving bit slower, have it set on high to strengthen their lower bodies.
All in all, the VersaClimber is a versatile machine the Cavs have clearly incorporated into their team workouts in a major way.
James isn't just setting trends on the court anymore. He's introducing the VersaClimber to the mainstream.
