The sophomore power forward plays for Bishop Miege High School in Mission, Kansas. He is only 16 years old, but he’s already 7-foot.
Besides being a giant on the court, Bol Bol’s game is very different from his father’s. Bol Bol doesn’t play like he’s 7-foot. Many players who are that tall aren’t very mobile and can normally only play down low. But the Class of 2018 top-ranked power forward in Kansas can do it all. He has a quick step, can take outside shots and even pass the ball. It’s almost like he’s a guard in a big man’s body.
During the Top Rank Showcase in Blue Springs, Missouri on Saturday, Bol Bol showed out. It didn’t matter that he was playing against some of the best high school players. In the video below, you will see Bol Bol’s arsenal of skills, including an effortless 360 degree windmill dunk.
[youtube video=”26lAhP_Emts” /]Watch below to see Bol Bol catch an outlet pass, go behind his back, spin, blow by the first defender and finish past the second. In the next clip, Bol Bol catches a pass, fakes a pass one way then throws a no-look pass behind his head with 100 percent precision. Show me another 7-footer who can do all that.
