Linebacker Uses His Toddler As a Med Ball

Marshall McFadden gets in some living-room core work with a family member.

Oakland Raiders linebacker Marshall McFadden missed most of training camp due to a hip flexor injury and was waived by the team in early August; but he hasn't let that stop him from getting creative with his workouts.

McFadden recently posted a video to Instagram of himself performing V-Ups and using his son like a medicine ball. He also holds his son during a Weighted Push-Up routine, calling his son Aiden his trainer/coach "Lil' A."
