As the start of training camp draws near, many college football players are maxing out to see the type of strength and speed gains they made during the offseason.
Henry Mondeaux, a senior defensive lineman at the University of Oregon, proved he’s primed for a monster season after posting a ridiculous 635-pound Squat max:

He makes it look easy, which is bad news for Pac-12 offenses. Mondeaux won Oregon’s Outstanding Defensive Lineman award in 2016 after a junior campaign which saw him rack up 35 tackles and four tackles for loss. His superhuman strength should help him improve upon that production during his senior season.
