WATCH: Steph Curry Knows His 3-Pointer is Good, Stares Down Serge Ibaka Instead of Watching It
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry doesn’t need to watch the ball fall through the hoop when he shoots a 3-pointer.
He’s that good of a shooter, and he continued to prove it Wednesday night during the Warriors’ 118-91 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals.
In the third quarter, Curry hit a 3-pointer to help the Warriors finish a 15-2 run. As he released the shot, Thunder big man Serge Ibaka flew past him and could only watch the two-time MVP hit the shot.
After Curry launched the 3, he looked away, staring down Ibaka. Curry knew his shot was going in. And when it did, Ibaka and the Thunder knew they’d be in for a long series.
