Watch ‘The Mountain’ from ‘Game of Thrones’ Get Owned in an Arm Wrestling Match
At 6-foot-9 and 419 pounds, Hafthór Björnsson is a colossus of a man who fittingly plays a character known as “The Mountain” on HBO’s hit series Game of Thrones. His biceps are as big as 35-pound kettlebells, and his arm tattoos could give you nightmares.
[youtube video=”IkkL-bAH8H4″ /]Devon Larratt weights almost 200 pounds less than Björnsson, has no tattoos and looks like an all around average dude. Well, “average,” aside form dominating Björnsson in an arm wrestling contest. OK, fine, Laratt is a professional arm wrestler, but that doesn’t make it any less unbelievable that he was able to defeat The Mountain with both his right and left arm—while making it look pretty easy, we might add.
Apparently, it doesn’t matter how big your biceps are. In arm wrestling, it’s all about technique, baby.
