Compete to Win an Autographed TRX Force Kit
Want to train like a soldier? To get started, you won’t find better equipment than a TRX system. This portable bodyweight training tool is used by members of all branches of the Armed Forces to work out in some of the most remote parts of the world. Now, thanks to the TRX Force: Mission Readiness Challenge, you can not only train like American soldiers, you can also compete with them.
The challenge is open to all U.S. residents, age 18 and older. To take part, you must video-record yourself performing four TRX exercises for one minute each, with 30 seconds of rest between sets. Tally the number of reps you perform, and you have your score. The exercises are:
- TRX Hamstring Curl
- TRX Low Row
- TRX Lunge
- TRX Atomic Pikes
TRX will choose winners in seven categories: Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy, First Responders and Civilians. Each winner will meet MMA fighter, former U.S. Marine and United States Naval Academy graduate Brian “All-American” Stann—and receive a TRX Force Kit autographed by him. Civilian winners will receive a trip to TRX headquarters in San Francisco to train with the creators of TRX Training. Military winners will go to Camp Pendleton, Calif. to compete against top scorers in the other branches for the grand prize of airfare and tickets for two to see a UFC fight.
Enter before Dec. 31. Record a video of yourself taking the challenge and post it to the TRX Force Facebook page, leaving your score in the caption or comments section. Learn more about the contest on the TRX Force: Mission Readiness Challenge home page.
