Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan

In a recent cover feature, we highlighted the championship mindset and workout program of the greatest basketball player of all time. We're now proud to release never-before-seen footage of MJ grinding through a workout with his personal strength and conditioning coach, Tim Grover. In addition, Grover, who is now the owner of ATTACK Athletics, provides key insights into MJ's mind, work ethic and athletic development over the 15 years they worked together.

Check out the exclusive Michael Jordan workout video above to see how MJ built the best game ever.

STACK Attack

Grover, who is also trainer to NBA stars Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade, partnered up with STACK to produce the STACK ATTACK Workout Program app. This cutting-edge app for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad features a 12-week workout designed by Grover to help you jump higher, get stronger and play better with no equipment and needing only a 6'x6' space. The easy-to-use interface will take you through two demanding bodyweight workouts each week, while providing you with Grover's step-by-step instruction for perfect exercise form. The STACK ATTACK Workout Program app is available on the App Store for $2.99.
