We're now proud to release never-before-seen footage of MJ grinding through a workout with his personal strength and conditioning coach, Tim Grover. In addition, Grover, who is now the owner of ATTACK Athletics, provides key insights into MJ's mind, work ethic and athletic development over the 15 years they worked together.
