Surfacing from the basement of Italian '70s exploitation filmmaker Enzo G. Castellari is a rare Nike short film featuring NBA great Kobe Bryant. Milano Kalibro Kobe tells the story of the epic struggle between law enforcement and a gang of ruthless thieves. Order is restored when the Black Mamba (Bryant) comes onto the scene. Bryant spent several years in Italy as a youth (he is fluent in Italian), while his father, Joe "Jellybean" Bryant played professional basketball for several Italian teams. The film features plenty of big-name Italian athletes, like Alberto Aquilani, Marco Belinelli, Gennaro Gattuso, Claudio Marchisio, Marco Materazzi and Giampaolo Pazzini, and it's easily one of Bryant's best Nike spots.
