TRX Face Pull with External Rotation

This exercise strengthens the entire upper back, improves mobility and helps prevent rotator cuff injuries.

  • Hold TRX handles with overhand grip facing anchor point
  • Pull handles to face and simultaneously rotate arms to ceiling
  • Return to starting position through same motion
  • Repeat for specified reps

Sets/Reps: 2-3×10-12
