This 2011 video shows two of the NFL's strongest dudes going through a punishing Bench Press finisher.

J.J. Watt and Brian Cushing are two of the NFL's biggest workout warriors.

In addition to being Houston Texans teammates, the two athletes have also been known to train together during the off-season. Check out this 2011 video of Watt and Cushing working out at Genesis Fitness and Performance in Houston.

Goodness gracious. According to the caption, those sets constitute a "finisher"—meaning the duo performed an entire workout prior to it.

2011 was Watt's rookie season in the NFL, but he already looks absurdly strong. I'm also convinced Brian Cushing was born inside a weight room and bottle-fed protein shakes as a baby.

You might be wondering what's up with the boards. Those are used to quickly change the range of motion on the Bench Press. The thicker the board, the more the focus shifts from chest to triceps. With its use of various boards, the "Triceps Death" finisher dynamically changes the effects of the exercise.
