Can You Handle Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s 'Money Walk' Pull-Up?

This video is not in slow motion. It's just Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s 'Money Walk' Pull-Up.

Thanks to the beauty of Instagram, we give you another inspiring athlete workout video, one that givesĀ J.J. Watt's 1,000-pound tire flip a run for its money.

Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. brings us his own incredibly challenging version of the Pull-Up. As he raises and lowers his body, he performs a running motion with his legs. He calls it his "Money Walk." The caption under the video reads, "If Michael Jackson had the moon walk & Michael Jordan had the air walk, it's only right for Mayweather to have the 'money walk.'"

His slow-motion Pull-Up action keeps the muscles of Mayweather's back, shoulders and arms under tension longer, building strength and endurance. The lower-body motion engages his abs and hip flexors, making the exercise a full-body movement.

Think you can handle the Money Walk Pull-Up? Prove it by posting your own video on Instagram to @stackmedia.

You can see Mayweather in action when he fights Marcos Maidana on May 3.
