Ohio State Is Making Its Scout Team Wear Michigan-Style Helmets

Urban Meyer is pulling out all the stops as he preps his team for Ohio State's biggest rival.

Ohio State versus Michigan is college football's ultimate battle.

This weekend, the two teams will meet for the 113th time. Michigan comes into the game ranked No. 3. Ohio State enters ranked No. 2. The stakes for both teams are similar—a win will solidify their standing in the college football playoff race while a loss will likely destroy any hopes of a national title.

In anticipation of the game, Ohio State football seems hellbent on eliminating every instance of the letter "M" from the city of Columbus:

Additional preparations include transforming the scout team's helmets from scarlet and gray to the dreaded maize and blue via some creative tape work:

Those colors are likely to bring out some extra aggressiveness from Ohio State's starters, so the scout team might be in for a long week.
