For New Orleans Saints tight end Jeremy Shockey, the road to a repeat Super Bowl title starts at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Fla.

Word has it that Shockey lives to train and that he's a major competitive force in the weight room. The former Miami Hurricane is part of an elite training group that returns to "The U" every NFL off-season. [Also check out video of former 'Cane Willis McGahee, now a Baltimore Ravens running back, and his off-season football workout at "The U."]

Shockey has engaged in weight room battles with former 'Cane big names such as Andre Johnson, Ed Reed and Jonathan Vilma. His next opponent goes by the name of Powers, Kenny Powers.

In a commercial for new K-Swiss Tubes training shoes, Powers, a former (fictional) big-league pitcher, challenges the Shock to a Leg Press-off. Play the video to see who comes out victorious:

Stay tuned for more, including a potential Powers/Patrick Willis match-up.
