Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Eats 1,000 Calories a Day from Cod Alone

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson recently revealed his 10-pounds-of-food-per-day diet secrets. He must really like cod.

Former football player, ex-pro wrestler and current action movie star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson seems always to be training for his next role, and nearly all of them require him to maintain or build upon his already massive bodybuilder physique.

Johnson recently shared a sample weekly meal plan with Muscle and Fitness, and it includes an exorbitant amount of cod. If he eats exactly like this every week, it amounts to about 10 pounds of food per day, nearly 16 pounds of cod per week and over 800 pounds of cod per year.
