WATCH: Travis Kelce's Split-Squat Jump with Battling Ropes

Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce demonstrates a unique full-body move that builds strength and power.

Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce is "off the chain," according to Arizona Cardinals CB Tyrann Mathieu. If he was talking about Kelce's off-season workout, he was right.

Kelce recently posted a video to his Instagram of a pretty mean-looking workout. It includes balancing on two BOSU balls, Battling Ropes Jumping Jacks, and, finally, a Split-Squat Jump with Battling Ropes, which you can view above.

Although the 25-year old captioned his video "#Slightwork," the Split-Squat Jump is a complex move that builds strength and explosiveness in the legs while the core balances the upper body to wave the ropes.
