Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose was the 2010-11 NBA MVP—explosive, unguardable and exciting to watch—but he has been plagued by injuries throughout his career. This season, Rose is playing more minutes than usual; and on Tuesday against the Milwaukee Bucks, he showed flashes of his former self.

Derrick Rose Makes A Nasty Reverse Layup, Shows He Can Still Be an Explosive Player

After receiving a pass on the perimeter, Rose blows by Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo with incredible speed and uses his agility and hops to put up a reverse layup around big man John Henson. The play is so nice, you will watch it several times, recalling the Derrick Rose of five years ago.
