Cena turned 40 on Sunday. But unlike most of us, he didn't take his birthday off to celebrate. Instead, he hit the gym and deadlifted a massive amount of weight—602 pounds to be exact. Not many 40-year-olds could do this, but Cena is not average.

 

As you can see, Cena didn't struggle at all with the lift, but what else would you expect from the "Babe Ruth of WWE."
