Work Out Like Your Favorite Superhero

Add some fun to your training with these superhero-inspired workouts.

Is it sometimes hard to find the motivation you need to finish a workout, or even start one? Working out can be boring, making it hard to get up and put in the work you need to get better on the field. Well, these workouts will give you that motivation.

Now you can now channel your inner superhero (just like you did when you were a kid) and motivate yourself to work out. Neila Rey, owner of Darebee.com and a fitness enthusiast, created several workouts you'll actually want to do. Each has levels based on the number of sets you're asked to do. Once you complete them, you can move on to the next level. The higher the level, the harder it gets. This makes the workouts a challenge you'll want to take on. If you meet a challenge but feel it wasn't difficult enough, there's a list of ways to make each level  harder.
