Julia Kirkpatrick is the nutrition expert at Relentless Athletics, a strength training and sports nutrition company for female athletes. She holds a master’s degree in Sports Science and Coach Education and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She's also USAW-1 certified. She is the assistant strength and conditioning coach for East Tennessee State’s D1 Volleyball team and head nutrition consultant of their team. Julia’s main passion is utilizing an evidence-based approach to training and nutrition practice, bridging the gap between science and reality. In her free time, Julia competes in powerlifting and weightlifts recreationally. She holds the Pennsylvania Junior State Record in the benchpress in the 72 kg weight class.
