In his first year with the Washington Redskins, Duke Ihenacho's season was cut short when he fractured his left foot in Week 3. Judging by his alternating single-leg jump roping, the 25-year-old safety is fully recovered and already preparing for September.

Ihenacho recently posted to his Instagram, demonstrating a ridiculously challenging core move. Taking the traditional Hip Raise, he not only slows down the movement to make it more challenging, both on the way up and on the way down, but he also adds a bicycle kick for good measure.
