Adrian Grenier Stars in Film Adaptation of 'Entourage'

The movie version of 'Entourage' features Adrian Genier as a movie actor trying to prosper in the cutthroat world of Hollywood.

The Entourage movie is expected to be in theaters next year. The highly anticipated feature film version of the hit HBO series centers on movie star Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier) and his friends & business associates as they try to prosper in the cutthroat world of Hollywood. The plot revolves around Chase landing a leading role in a Dracula adaptation financed by billionaire cowboy Larsen McCredle (Billy Bob Thornton), who sends his son (Haley Joel Osment) to keep an eye on Vinnie and his friends.

The principal cast members from the TV series return for the big screen version. Joining Grenier are Kevin Connolly as Eric, Jerry Ferrara as Turtle, and Kevin Dillon as Johnny. Fans will be glad to know that Jeremy Piven is back as Ari Gold, who moves up from super agent to studio executive.

Directing this film is Entourage series creator Doug Ellin, who also penned the screenplay from the story by Rob Weiss.

Entourage is scheduled for release June 12, 2015.
