EXOS Announces Online Certification Program
EXOS announced they will offer an online certification program to provide opportunities for coaches, trainers and physical therapists to become EXOS-Certified Performance Specialists. EXOS facilities offer athletes a fully integrated approach to world-class performance training, nutrition and physical therapy under one roof.
Athletes such as Jadeveon Clowney and Kevin Love have relied on EXOS to maximize their performance. Now professionals from around the world can learn the EXOS system via online certification.
“Our focus has always been on elevating others and sharing what we’ve learned in the process,” said Mark Verstegen, founder and president of EXOS.
Via its online certification program, EXOS is “able to share [their] philosophy, methodology and systems when and where people need them,” Verstegen added. Built around EXOS’s four pillars of human performance—Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Recovery—the program will include a large library of educational videos and presentations demonstrating the EXOS system. Once enrolled in the program, you will have access to EXOS’s educational tools for life, even after you earn your certification. The online program is designed to “support those who support others as they strive for higher performance.”
EXOS joins a number of other high-level performance programs by offering an online certification option.
