The third-year point guard is now the face of the Blazers, since former running mate LaMarcus Aldridge joined the San Antonio Spurs in free agency/

Lillard’s second signature shoe, the D Lillard 2, was just unveiled, featuring a heavy design influence from the City of Oakland, where Lillard grew up. “Oak” is displayed on the right shoe, “Land” on the left. Oak print, inspired by the tree logo that graces the “Welcome to Oakland” sign at the city limits, graces the upper, the heel counter and the midsole.
The D Lillard 2 will be released initially in two colorways, the white and cream “Rip City” on Jan. 22, and the red and black “Road” on Feb. 5, for $105. Check out more photos of the kicks below.
