WATCH: Kids Who Think They’re at a Math Workshop React to Jadeveon Clowney’s Entrance
Imagine another day of school and another special assembly, nothing out of the ordinary. All of a sudden, what was supposed to be an afternoon filled with math at Lanier Middle School in Houston turned into a Houston Texans pep rally with Jadeveon Clowney and D.J. Swearinger.
The surprise appearance was prompted by NFL Play 60, the league’s national youth health and fitness program, which encourages kids to be active at least 60 minutes a day. Clowney and Swearinger announced that Play 60 is sponsoring a month-long contest, and the winning “super kid” will get a free trip to Arizona for Super Bowl XLIX.
The two players also played a “Family Feud”-style game with health and fitness questions, then faced off in an intense hula hoop competition.
