Four-time MLB All-Star José Reyes spent much of the 2000s as the fastest man in baseball. He led the majors in triples four times and the National League in stolen bases three times.
Thirteen years into his career, the veteran shortstop is still working on his speed. Last week, Reyes posted a workout video to his Instagram account in which he performs several exercises. Don’t miss the second-to-last one in the video below, where he is squat jumping with a barbell on his back.
