LeBron James threw his hat into the Super Bowl 50 discussion by posting a prediction on Facebook this morning. It comes as no surprise that King James is going with Cam Newton and the Panthers. LeBron and "Killer Cam," as he calls him, seem to have a budding relationship and mutual respect for one another. The two greeted each other with relative familiarity after Cam sat courtside for a game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Charlotte Hornets last November. Bro-y handshakes and hugs ensued.
There's been no confirmation that the two are friends or have spend time together, but it is safe to assume they both belong to an exclusive club where only superhuman athletes get to hang out. It probably has giant leather couches, huge doorways to accommodate their massive frames and cocktail waitresses distributing protein shakes and kale smoothies while game film plays on a giant screen. Or maybe they just like to watch each other play.
