LOOK: The San Antonio Spurs Celebrated the End of Their Historic Season With a Costume Party
The Oklahoma City Thunder eliminated the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Semifinals with a 113-99 victory on Thursday, winning the series 4-2. Questions arose regarding the Spurs’ future, particularly questions about whether Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili will retire.
The Spurs chose not to wallow for long though. They sponsored a costume party “Sunday Funday” to officially end their season. And the costumes—which range from a jester to Ginobili dressing up as an Egyptian pharoah—are outrageously hilarious.

Forward Kawhi Leonard rarely smiles—or shows any emotion at all—and Duncan is typically reserved as well. However, this photo captures a team revealing a huge amount of personality and charisma to go with even bigger amounts of on-court chemistry.
