The Swing

It's your hands—not your arms—that really matter during the swing. You want to push your hands on a linear path towards the ball. The barrel of the bat will trail behind as you lead with your hands. The closer your hands are to your body, the more power your swing will generate.

As you swing, drive your back knee down and in towards your front foot.
