Madden 17 won't be dropping until August, but gamers already have a chance to play with the new NFL rookie class. EA Sports recently released cards for all first-round picks into the Ultimate Team game mode of Madden 16, meaning you can play with the virtual likes of Jared Goff, Carson Wentz and Ezekiel Elliot right this very second.

The ratings will change by the time Madden 17 rolls out, but it looks like the current ratings are based almost entirely on the order of the draft picks. Here are the overall ratings for each first-round pick:

  • Jared Goff, QB 84 overall
  • Carson Wentz, QB 84 overall
  • Joey Bosa, DE 84 overall
  • Ezekiel Elliot, RB 84 overall
  • Jalen Ramsey, CB 84 overall
  • Ronnie Stanley, OT 83 overall
  • DeForest Buckner, DE 83 overall
  • Jack Conklin, OT 83 overall
  • Leonard Floyd, LB 83 overall
  • Eli Apple, CB 83 overall
  • Vernon Hargreaves, CB 82 overall
  • Sheldon Rankins, DT 82 overall
  • Laremy Tunsil, OT 82 overall
  • Karl Joseph, SS 82 overall
  • Corey Coleman, WR 82 overall
  • Taylor Decker, OT 81 overall
  • Keanu Neal, SS 81 overall
  • Ryan Kelly, C 81 overall
  • Shaq Lawson, LB 81 overall
  • Darron Lee, LB 81 overall
  • Will Fuller, WR 80 overall
  • Josh Doctson, WR 80 overall
  • Laquon Treadwell, WR 80 overall
  • William Jackson III, CB 80 overall
  • Artie Burns, CB 79 overall
  • Paxton Lynch, QB 79 overall
  • Kenny Clark, DT 79 overall
  • Joshua Garnett, G 79 overall
  • Robert Nkemdiche, DT 79 overall
  • Vernon Butler, DT 79 overall
  • Germain Ifedi, G 79 overall

If you're looking to add some speed to your squad—always a smart move in Madden—you'd do well with new Cleveland Browns wide receiver Corey Coleman or new Houston Texans wide receiver Will Fuller. Both have 96 speed ratings, highest of any 2016 first-round pick.
